Inboxdollars – Slow and steady

I joined inboxdollars after hearing it mentioned in a forum. I have run into many email reading programs and places that tell you to try a product. Never wanting to spend any money myself, I never found anything that would pay anything quickly or substantially.

Also, most of the paid to read emails were scams. At most they would send me 3 to 5 emails a week and I would get 2 cents for each. Not only does 10 cents a week not add up fast, but it really doesn’t add up at all.

Think about it, if you make 10 cents a week, by the end of the year, you’ll have made $5.20. You usually need more than that to even get a check.

Inboxdollars is a little different. It’s not just merely reading emails and clicking on ads. Yes, they send you emails that you read and you do make money from them. I usually get 2 or 3 emails a day worth 1 to 10 cents each. On average, I can make about 35 to 50 cents a week.

Yes, I know that sounds like nothing, but there is a better way to look at it. Let’s say you make 50 cents a week that would be $26 by the end of the year. When I get the email, I only have to click on a link in the email and then one link in the window that pops up next. It takes me less than 2 seconds.

I look at is as the easiest $26 dollars a year that requires basically no effort, why not claim it?

There are other ways to make money, though. Some offers you can fill out are free such as signing up for survey sites. They will usually pay $1- $2. You may decide to participate in the survey sites or not. It really doesn’t matter because you get paid either way.

Some offers are trial offers. You can sign up and make as much as $10. Just make sure that you cancel within the time frame if you’re not interested.

Still, there may be some offers that you really do want to take advantage of. If you were going to purchase something anyway, you might as well look at this as a discount.

Sometimes they will also send you surveys to fill out where you can get paid $1 or $2. You might not always qualify for these.

A final way you can make money is by referring friends. Every time you tell a friend to sign up and they do and receive payment, you get 10% of what they earn.

Again, you do have to be 18 or older to join. If you are under 18, ask a parent if you can participate together.

When you sign up you get an automatic $5, but it’s more like $2 because they charge a $3 processing fee when you get paid.

They pay by check but only when you make at least $30.

I’ve only been using this for less about one month and I have made $12. It’s not a lot, I know, but I barely spend any time with it. I click a couple of emails everyday or so, answer a survey now and then.

My best recommendation is to try it out for yourself. It requires no money at all, and if you don’t like it, just stop using it.
